On-Site Evaluation and Safety Survey

One of our experienced Safety Engineers will visit your facility and review potential safety hazards as they relate to forklifts, employee/pedestrian interaction, and existing safety procedures while concentrating on collision avoidance. Our goal is to provide you with in-plant solutions you can implement internally. The more difficult challenges requiring Engineered Solutions will be designed for each of your specific areas.
During the on-site Survey our Engineer assesses potential risk areas and will document these areas in a formal 3D conceptual presentation:
Required Layout Drawings
Plant layout drawings will be required prior to our arrival. We will need an overall plant layout showing the areas to be considered and the location in your facility.
Pre-Visit Discussion
A pre-visit discussion via WebX conference will be conducted to review plant policies and practices as it relates to in-plant photo/videos that will need to be conducted during our visit.
A typical visit will consist of the following:
- On-site meeting with key personnel to discuss areas of opportunity and safety priorities.
- Walk-through plant inspection with documentation of each area and confidential photos/videos.
- Exit meeting to discuss observations, review layout, answer questions and develop timelines.
- Photos/video to be taken of key areas
