Two Gate Two Arm System
This solution consists of two fully automated gates and two crossing arms. The addition of crossing arms provides positive control of forklifts or vehicles. This system can be operated in pedestrian or forklift default mode. Intersection is positively controlled via motion sensors and PLC controls utilizing our Intelligent Collision Avoidance software that are proven and sure maximum safety.
Two Gate System
This solution consists of two fully automated gates that are driven via heavy duty linear screw drives. Gates control the access of pedestrians and ensure area is clear before allowing passage. Pedestrians request to cross by pressing 1 of 2 mushroom push buttons. High intensity lights and audibles activate while infrared motion sensors ensure area is safe with no activity. Gates will automatically open and after pedestrians have completed walking across the crosswalk as determined by infrared motion sensors the gates will close and system goes back to default position. System is controlled by our Intelligent Collision Avoidance software.

Manual Systems
Heavy Duty Free Swinging Gate
Our gates are designed for maximum pedestrian traffic width. We utilize 1,000lb rated hinges and rolled formed steel tube for our gate hoops. No other gate is designed as well to handle high dudy cycles. We utilize 4”x4” steel upright posts on steel base plates. These posts come pre-drilled with bolt-on capabilities for most major guard railings.
We build our systems to last a lifetime and we will guarantee it. Any gate you buy is warrantied for life against failure.
Heavy Duty Manual Crossing Arm
Our crossing arms are the most advanced and heavy duty on the market today.
Our linear drive arms are encased into our 8”x8” steel column on solid steel base plate to prevent potential damage. The manual crossing arms are supported by 4”x4” posts and can be easily raised and lowered.
All of our crossing arms and gates have direct bolt-on capabilities for most guard rails.
